Key laboratory of Aquatic biodiversity research, Harbin Normal University, Harbin, China

Harbin Normal University was established in 1951, this university is famous for cultured lots of renowned educator and scientist. Key laboratory of Aquatic biodiveristy research was established in 2018, focus on the biodiversity research of aquatic organs in northeast China. The lab has more than 20 young scientist, with many funding from NSFC and government of Heilongjiang province. The algae culture center and diatom herbarium were bulit. More than 1000 diatom samples from most of China were deposit in key lab, and more than 60 new species were published.

Harbin Taiping International Airport: Direct flights to Beijing with onward connections to all major cities worldwide. Domestic connections available to all major cities.

Harbin Train Station: High speed train also available from Harbin to Beijing, around 4 and half hours to 6 hours. Both Harbin Station and Harbin west station are available. 

Climate in November: Winter, cold and dry, with minus 5  to 15 degrees C
